However, I am familiar with Resolution No. 3717, which relates to transfer of a portion of the Eastside Rail Corridor to Snohomish County. In accordance with Article VIII, Section 1, of the Port Commission Bylaws, I consent to Resolution No. 3717 being introduced for First Reading at the March 8, 2016, regular meeting and being placed on the agenda for nal action (Second Reading and Final Passage) at the same meeting (March 8, 2016) at which it is rst introduced.
