THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this date by and between THE PORT OF SEATTLE,

hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government:

WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease to extend the term.

NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is
amended, effective ugon full execution as follows:

This Lease Amendment (LA) No. 2 is issued to extend the lease for a period of one (1) year, six (6) months of which shall be firm
and the Government may, with 45 day's advance notice to the Port,_terminate at any time during the second six (6) months.

To accomplish the above, Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 from the Standard Form 2 are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced
with similarly numbered paragraphs in lieu thereof:

2.  To Have and To Hold the said Premises with their appurtenances for the term beginning on September 3, 2015 and
continuing through September 2, 2016, subject to termination rights as may be hereinafter setforth.

All other terms and conditions of the lease shall remain in force and effect.

3.  Effective September 3, 2015 the Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent as follows:

$207,099.64 per annum at the rate of $17,258.30 per month in arrears.  Rent for a lesser

period shall be prorated. Rent checks shall be made payable to: Port of Seattle, at the

mailing address of, PO. Box 24507, Seattle WA, 981240507

4.  The Government or Lessor may terminate this lease in whole or in part at any time after March 3, 2016, by giving 45
calendar days written notice computed commencing from the day after the date of mailing of said notice.
