The STATE OF WASHINGTON acting by and through its DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, Grantor, for and in consideration of the Real Property Settlement
Agreement between the Grantor and the Grantee dated _____________2015, hereby conveys
and quitclaims unto the Port of Seattle, a Washington municipal corporation, Grantee, all right,
title, and interest in and to the following described real property situated in King County, State of
Washington:

See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Subject to all existing encumbrances, including easements, restrictions and reservations,
if any, including  a non-exclusive, permanent easement granted to the City of Seattle, a
municipal corporation, acting by and through its CITY LIGHT DEPARTMENT, dated January
11, 2011 and recorded on January 24, 2011 under Recording No. 20110124001111 in King

County, Washington, and  as amended on _______________, 2015, and recorded on
_____________, 2015 under Recording No. ______________ in King County, Washington.

The herein described property abuts SR 99 and currently has no legally permitted
approaches or driveways to said highway.

The Grantee, its successors or assigns, as part consideration herein hereby agrees to
comply with all civil rights and anti-discrimination requirements of Chapter 49.60 RCW as to the
lands herein described.

The lands herein described are not required for state highway purposes and are conveyed
pursuant to the provisions of RCW 47.12.010; .287.
