Fick, Chief Executive Officer FROM: Mark Reis, Managing Director, Aviation SUBJECT: Preliminary 2015 Operating and Capital Budget Aviation Division SYNOPSIS The purpose of this briefing is to discuss the 2015 preliminary operating and capital budgets of the Aviation division in advance of the formal budget reading in November. BACKGROUND The Aviation division briefed the Commission on the 2015 2019 business plan on July 29, 2014. In the briefing, staff provided background on the industry and business context, summarized airport strategies, and highlighted the major and new initiatives that would impact the 2015 budget.
