AMENDED MOTION 
OF THE PORT OF SEATTLE COMMISSION 
CONCERNING THE CITYICE INJUNCTION 
STATEMENT IN SUPPORT OF THE MOTION 
DECEMBER 4, 2012 
At the Seattle Port Commission's ("Commission") meeting on October 23, 2012, the
Commission authorized Paul Lawrence of the Pacifica Law Group to file a motion to dissolve or
modify the Order and Consent Judgment issued on November 17, 2000, by U.S. District Judge
Barbara Rothstein in the case of CityIce Cold Storage Company v. the Port of Seattle, U.S.
District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle, Case No: 99-cv-1647 BJR.
Mr. Lawrence filed the motion on November 8, 2012.
MOTION 
The Commission hereby authorizes the formation of a temporary committee of the Commission,
as provided by Article III, Section 6, of the Commission's Bylaws, to serve as Mr. Lawrence's
primary point of contact in this matter. Commissioners Creighton and Albro shall represent the
Commission on this temporary committee.
