Port Commission Regular
Meeting of March 6, 2012

Dear Port of Seattle Commissioners,

We, the undersigned organizations and individuals, urge you to say no to McDonald's at OUR SeaTac
Airport!

We believe in good family supportingjobs at OUR Airport.

We believe in supporting the majority immigrant workers at OUR Airport organizing for a better future.

We believe in awarding meaningful opportunities to local small businesses, not giving away lucrative
government contracts to giant multi-national corporations at OUR Airport.

We believe in the Port of Seattle giving women and minority owned businesses an opportunity to

succeed while protecting small business employees at OUR Airport.

We believe in fair and creative competition for business opportunities, not in awarding a contract to the
biggest corporation of the fast food industry without giving others the opportunity to compete. We are
missing out on something much better by not allowing other businesses to submit their ideas for OUR
Airport.

We believe in fresh and healthy food choices for the traveling public, especially for families with children

at OUR Airport.

We believe in giving OUR Airport 3 real Northwest flavor and feel.

We believe in reforming our food system towards more real sustainability, protecting the interests of

communities dependent on the food supply chain from the farm to the table.

We believe in real foods and real good jobs, which is why we urge you to say NO to McDonalds and

create the airport concessions program our community deserves. We can do better for OUR community!

Sincerely,
