RESOLUTION NO. 3666

A RESOLUTION ofthe Port Commission of the Port of Seattle declaring certain personal
property surplus (Port of Seattle Cranes No. 51, 52, and 53) for Port of
Seattle purposes, authorizing its sale or disposal, and authorizing the Chief
Executive Ofcer to execute all documents related to such sale or disposal.

WHEREAS, the Port of Seattle ("Port") has owned the personal property described as

IshikawajimaHarima Heavy Industries, Ltd (IHI) Cranes, S/Ns IC9980, IC9981, and IC10000,

P.O.S. No. 51, 52, and 53, respectively; and

WHEREAS, said property is no longer needed for its intended purpose, or other

purposes of the Port; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to 5308090 ofthe Revised Code of Washington, the Port

Commission may declare surplus any personal property no longer needed for Port purposes and

authorize its sale or other disposal;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Port Commission ofthe Port of

Seattle as follows:

Section 1: IHI Cranes: S/N IC9980, P.O.S. No. 51; SN IC9981, P.O.S. No. 52; and S/N

IC1000, P.O.S. No. 53, are no longer needed for Port purposes, and it is in the best interest of the

Port that said property be sold or disposed in accordance with state law and Port procedures.

Section 2. As ofJune 30, 2012, m1 Crane S/N IC9980, P.O.S. No. 51 has a remaining

book value of $323,000; IHI Crane S/N IC9981, P.O.S. No. 52 has a remaining book value of

$336,000; and IHI Crane S/N IC10000, P.O.S. No. 53 has a remaining book value of $343,000.

Section 3. The Chief Executive Ofcer is authorized to take all necessary steps and

execute all necessary documents to arrange for the sale or other disposal of said property in

accordance with state law.
