Our priorities for the Alaskan Way Viaduct
and Seawall Replacement Program:
provides sufficient capacity to
move freight traffic efficiently
grants easy access to our cargo,
commercial fishing and cruise
facilities and Sea-Tac Airport
minimizes construction disruption

for policy direction on SDEIS comment letter, to
