THE PORT OF SEATTLE

Subject: One-Year Contract Extension

The International Association of Fireghters, Local 1257 and the P01t of Seattle agree as follows:

'

.   Except as provided in this Agreement, all terms and conditions ofthe 2008-2010 Collective
Bargaining Agreement between the parties will remain in effect for the period January 1, 201 1
through December 31, 201.1.

.
Effective January 1, 201 1, base wage rates for Fireghter "A", in effect on December 31, 2010 shall
. be increased by two and one-half percent (ill/2%) plus a Cost
of Living Adjustment.

.
The Cost of Living Adjustment shall be an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the
SeattleTacoma-Bre1ne1ton CPIU, August to August, with a two percent (2%) minimum and a Six
percent (6%) maximum.         '
