LEASE CANCELLATIONAGREEMENT


This Lease Cancellation Agreement is made as of thiszbay   of

between the Port of Seattle, a municipal corpomtion of the State of Washxngton
("~essoi")arid Stanvood Ilotels & Resorts Worlclwide, Inc., as successor of Sea-Tac
Hotel Venture LLC ("Lessee"). .
In considerationof Ten Dollars ($10.00)an'dother consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, it is mutually agreed hatthe Hotel Ground Lease entered into by
Lessor and Lessee dated Sune 11, 1998 for the Premises legally describedin attached
Exhibit A ("Lease7'),is terminated as of MN d 5   ,2010.
It is mutuallyunderstood and agreed that neither party shall bave any further right of
clahagainst the other by reason of the Lease.
