SUBJECT:  2010 Budget  Updated Discussion on the Seaport and Real Estate Funding Plans 

BACKGROUND 
On September 17, 2009, staff provided preliminary information on the tax levy and received
Commission feedback on uses of the tax levy. On October 20, 2009, staff will provide a follow-up
discussion that includes information on the Seaport and Real Estate Funding Plans that has been
updated as part of the budget process.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.

Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.

PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
