At the first Commission meeting of every month, the Commission will note its major
activities of the previous month. Activities during the month of March 2012 included: 
Participation in 10 Century Agenda outreach activities. 
Public policy discussion on the Century Agenda, real estate policies and regional
transportation. 
Discussion of Interim Concessions Leasing, 2012 -2014. 
Motion to establish a temporary committee to select Outside Counsel. 
Travel to attend the 2012 Cruise Shipping Miami Conference. 
Participation in the Japanese Earthquake and Remembrance Ceremony. 
Participation in the Blessing of the Fleet. 
Attendance at the Annual Labor/Management Luncheon at the Catholic Seaman's
Club
