recommendations in the audit report. The port is in the
midst ofa multi-year strategic planning
process
called the Century Agenda. Designed to be finalized during this,
our centennial year, the final Century
Agenda report will contain strategic objectives for the
next 25 years. We will submit
a copy of that
report to your office.

We hope that you or a member of
your staff will join us at two of the upcoming Century
Agenda panels:
Putting Our Real Estate Assets to Work, tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, October 11; and Funding
Strategic Goals, tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, November
8. Both panels will be held at the port's
administrative offices at Pier 69. We will follow
up with you closer to the date of these two panels with
the details.

' In addition, Resolution No. 3605, which
governs how commission authority is delegated throughout the
organization, is undergoing a regular periodic review. When that review is complete,
we will send the
revised resolution for your records.

As we have noted to you previously, the audit
process was collaborative and positive and the
organization will benefit from many of the auditors'
suggestions. Thank you.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
