Full evaluation and design of both berths for cruise,
fishing & industrial use
Apply for all required permits
First phase of construction (15-18 piles)
Competitive procurement of replacement camel barges

Remaining Construction funding approval will be requested

All Construction scheduled to be completed by Spring 2012
