1.   Public Scoping Meetings. The public may attend one or more of the four Public Scoping
Meetings scheduled in September 2018. The locations and dates are as follows:

- September 10. City of Des Moines
5:30 PM  8:30 PM
Highline College Student Union

- September 12. City of Seattle (Beacon Hill)
5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

New Holly Gathering Hall

- September 17. City of Federal Way

At the Public Scoping Meetings, information regarding the Proposed Action and the environmental

review process will be available.  For those unable to attend a Public Scoping Meeting, the same
information will be available on the Port of Seattle's website: www.SAMP.environmentalreview.org

There will be opportunities for the public to make formal comments at the meeting.

For those needing the assistance of an interpreter, the Port's language help line will be published and
available. Other accommodations at a Public Scoping Meeting may also be requested through Port staff.

2.   Agency Scoping Meeting. An agency scoping meeting will be held:

- September 6.  Sea-Tac Airport
1:00 PM  4:00 PM
Central Auditorium

At this meeting, information regarding the Proposed Action and environmental review process will be
available, and agencies will be given an opportunity to comment.

3.   Tribal Nation Meeting. Local tribes will be contacted to determine interest in participating in a
meeting regarding the environmental review process.
