NOTICE
On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, 9:00 a.m. The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) Managing Members, the
Port of Seattle Commission and Port of Tacoma Commission will hold a joint meeting. The meeting
will be held via video teleconference in accordance with Senate Concurrent Resolution 8402 and
Proclamation 20-28. To attend the public meeting by telephone dial: 1-253-617-4257 and enter
conference ID: 121 693 99#. The meeting will also be streamed live on the NWSA meeting webpage at
www.nwseaportalliance.com.
The meeting will be the regular meeting of the NWSA and special meetings of Port of Seattle and Port of
Tacoma commissions. A portion of the joint meeting will include a closed confidential session as authorized
under Federal Maritime Commission regulations and related laws found at 46. U.S.C. § 40306; 46 C.F.R. §
535.608; 46 C.F.R. § 535.701(i)(1) and as authorized by the Port of Seattle/Port of Tacoma Alliance
Agreement – FMC Agreement No. 201228. No actions will be taken during closed session.
