Please don't restart cruise ships in our port! These ships are a hugely polluting industry. We simply can no longer afford to ignor the climate impacts or the air pollution and Covid risk impacts on people, nor the pollution impacts on our waters and endangered marine life. We need instead to develop off shore wind energy here. We have one of the only ports on the West coast where that is economically feasible right now. Stop the dirty and unjust cruise industry making money for CEOs and very little for workers or ports. Lisa Marcus

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
