On Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) Managing Members,
and Port of Seattle Commission will hold a special joint meeting. The meeting will be held via video
teleconference in accordance with Senate Concurrent Resolution 8402 and Proclamation 20-28.15. To

meeting will also be streamed live on the NWSA meeting webpage at www.nwseaportalliance.com. The
purpose of the special meeting is to replace the regular July 6, 2021 Managing Member meeting which was
rescheduled and to consider Dual Action items of the NWSA and Port of Seattle related to Second Amended
Tribal Letters of Agreement for Terminal 5 Cargo Wharf Rehabilitation, Berth Deepening, and Improvement
Projects and an Interlocal Agreement between the NWSA and Port of Seattle for the use of Crane 80
located at Terminal 46.
