APPROVED MINUTES
COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 2, 2023
The Port of Seattle Commission met in a special meeting Thursday, March 2, 2023. The meeting
was held at the Port of Seattle Headquarters Building, Pier 69, Commission Chambers, 2711 Alaskan
Way and through a Microsoft Teams call-in line. Commissioners Calkins, Cho, Felleman, and
Hasegawa were present. Commissioner Mohamed was recused from participating.
1CALL to ORDER

The special meeting was called to order at 9:25 a.m. by Commission Vice-President
Toshiko Hasegawa, for the purpose of holding an Executive Session per RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)
Litigation/Potential Litigation/Legal Risk for approximately 60 minutes.
(The special meeting recessed to Executive Session at 9:27 a.m. No action was taken and the
meeting immediately adjourned.)
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the special meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
