NOTICE 


SEATTLE  -- The Port of Seattle Commission will convene a special meeting at 8:30 a.m. on 
Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at Port of Seattle Headquarters, 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle, 
Washington, 98111, for the purpose of holding a joint meeting with the Washington State 
Transportation Commission.  Public comment will not be entertained, and no final actions will be 
taken by the Port Commission during this meeting. 
The agenda is as follows: 
1.Call to order* 
2.Overview of Port of Seattle Seaport and Harbor 
3.Discussion of the Century Agenda  
4.Briefing on Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Project 
5.Adjourn by 10:00 a.m. 

*An Executive Session may be held pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 at any time after the convening time, if necessary.
