NOTICE

SEATTLE – The Port of Seattle Commission will convene a Special Meeting at 12 p.m. 
on  Tuesday, September  1,  2015, at the  Fabulich  Center,  3600  Port  of  Tacoma  Road, 
Tacoma, WA,  for  the  purpose  of  recessing  to  hold  an  executive  session  in  accordance 
with  RCW 42.30.110,  to  discuss matters  relating  to  agency  legal  risk and litigation  or 
potential litigation. No final actions or public comment will be taken at this meeting. 
In  addition,  the  regular public meeting  scheduled  to  convene at  1:00  p.m.  on 
September 1 at Port of Seattle Headquarters has been cancelled.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
