NOTICE 
SPECIAL PORT COMMISSION MEETING 

SEATTLE – On May  3,  2016,  the  Port  of  Seattle Commission will adjust  its  regular 
meeting  schedule as listed  below. All  of  the  meetings  listed  here are held  at Pier  69, 
Commission Chambers, 2711 Alaskan W ay, Seattle, Washington. 
1.      At 9:00 a.m., a special meeting will be convened for the purpose of considering 
action  related  to  a  City  of  Seattle  proposal  to  vacate  a  portion  of  Occidental 
Avenue  South  for  development  of  a  new  sports  arena  in  the  SODO 
neighborhood. Public testimony will be accepted at this special meeting. 
2.      A special  joint  meeting will  be  convened  with  the Port  of  Seattle,  Port  of 
Tacoma,  and  Northwest  Seaport  Alliance with  public  session  convening at 
12:00 noon. The meeting agenda is attached to this notice.  
3.     The regular  meeting scheduled  to  convene  at  1:00  p.m.  at  Port  of  Seattle 
Headquarters at Pier 69 will be cancelled.  


In accordance with RCW 42.30.110, an executive session may be held  
at any time after convening, if necessary.

total project authorization of $1,507,756 to complete the  
Replacement Crane Drives and Controls Project on KONE cranes  
#2301 and 2302.
