NOTICE 
SEATTLE – The Port of Seattle Commission will convene a Special Meeting on October 
12,  2016, in  the  Amsterdam  Room,  at  the  Conference  Center  at  Seattle-Tacoma 
International Airport, beginning at 10:30 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to consider 
matters relating  to  the  Port  of  Seattle  Prioritization  and  Alignment  Project.  No  final 
actions or public comment will be taken at this meeting.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
