Commissioners Albro, Bowman, Bryant, Creighton, and Gregoire were present. CALL TO ORDER The special meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. by Commission Co-President Courtney Gregoire. The Commission engaged in a discussion with Port staff that included consideration of subject areas and schedule for Port long-range planning No final actions were taken during this meeting.
