1:05 Purpose and Need for These Meetings
--Jeff Hoevet, Sr. Manager of Airport Operations, Port of Seattle
1:15 Discussion Questions
Let's start with some baseline information. What are the current services you provide at
the airport, and how do you work with the Port of Seattle to provide those services?
Are you interested in changing or increasing the services you provide at the airport? If
so, how would these changes benefit airport customers, and how might they benefit
your company, as well?
If you did change the types and levels of services you are providing, how would your
working relationship with the Port of Seattle change? What would both sides need to
do in order to make that working relationship as effective as possible?
If the Port does make changes in the types of ground services and operators at the
airport, what is your advice to the Port on how to best make these changes? What are
the techniques and systems the Port should use to institute change? We are looking for
your advice on how to make any change as fair as possible to all involved, and, at the
same time, avoid the troublesome arguments that have taken place in some cities and
other airports.
What other recommendations do you have about ground transportation operations at
Sea-Tac?

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
