Seattle, WA 98118 Phone (206) 802-5421 fax (206) 722-6655 September 51h, 2015 To: The Port of Seattle Commission We, the Somali-Ethiopian Community of Seattle would like to express our support and appreciation to Seattle Yellow Cab for being an integral part of the East African community in the Puget Sound area. Over the years Seattle Yellow Cab has been an economic engine for the East African community in Seattle. It has afforded many of us, who otherwise would have languished in extreme poverty a chance to escape that unpleasant reality. Seattle Yellow Cab has been instrumental in many refugees eventually turning in to home-owners and productive tax-paying members of the community. As you deliberate the issues surrounding the SeaTac ground transportation, it's our sincere hope that SYC's contribution to uplifting the community over the years will be taken in to account. Regards, Cise Yare Chairman, Somali Ethiopian Community of Seattle Seattle, WA 206-659-5082
