NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended, effective ugon full execution as follows: This Lease Amendment (LA) No. 2 is issued to extend the lease for a period of one (1) year, six (6) months of which shall be firm and the Government may, with 45 day's advance notice to the Port,_terminate at any time during the second six (6) months. To accomplish the above, Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 from the Standard Form 2 are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with similarly numbered paragraphs in lieu thereof: 2.
