SYNOPSIS CEO Ted Fick's calendar year 2015 Goals and Objectives are attached for the Commission's consideration and approval. BACKGROUND Article II of the Port of Seattle Commission's Bylaws states the Commission and the CEO shall agree upon the CEO's Goals and Objectives annually. In addition, the Commission discusses and approves the CEO's Goals and Objectives in open session. The Commissioners and the CEO have reviewed the CEO's 2015 Goals and Objectives during the Commission's retreat on December 19, 2014, and on February 3, 2015 and on February 24, 2015.
