ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 
OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION 
OF THE PORT OF SEATTLE 
April 14, 2015 
The annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Corporation
(IDC) of the Port of Seattle, Washington, was held on April 14, 2015, during a recess of
the Port Commission special meeting on the same date, which convened at 12:15 p.m. at
Port of Seattle Headquarters, Commission Chambers, 2711 Alaskan Way,  Seattle,
Washington. The annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the IDC convened at
3:00 p.m. Directors present included Tom Albro, Stephanie Bowman, Bill Bryant, John
Creighton, and Courtney Gregoire.
1.     Approval of Minutes 
Minutes of the IDC meeting of April 1, 2014. 
Motion for approval of the IDC meeting minutes of April 1, 2014, carried by the
following vote: 
In Favor: Albro, Bowman, Bryant, Creighton, Gregoire (5) 
2.     Election of Board of Directors Officers 
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board approval of the IDC Board of Directors and
Officers for 2015. 
Request documents:  IDC memorandum dated March 27, 2014, provided by Scott
Bertram, Supervisor, Corporate Financial Analysis, Finance and Budget.

Pursuant to the IDC Bylaws, Article 5, Section A, the following is a list of proposed
Board of Directors and Ofcers for 2015:
Stephanie Bowman, CoPresident
Courtney Gregoire, Co-President
John Creighton, Vice President
Tom Albro, Secretary
Bill Bryant, Assistant Secretary

Motion for approval of proposed slate of Directors/Ofcers carried by the following
vote:

In Favor: Albro, Bowman, Bryant, Creighton, Gregoire (5)

3.     Industrial Development Corporation 2014 Annual Report

Presentation documents: IDC memorandum dated March 27, 2014, provided by Scott
Bertram, Supervisor, Corporate Financial Analysis, Finance and Budget.

Presenter(s): Mr. Bertram.

A copy of the IDC 2014 Annual Report was distributed to Commissioners prior to the
meeting and was posted online for public review. It was noted that IDC assets in 2014
totaled about $273,000.

4.     Adjournment

There was no further business and the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Industrial Development Corporation of the Port of Seattle was adjourned at 3:04 pm.
