Evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the
planning alternatives identified in the Sustainable
Airport Master Plan (SAMP) 
Required by the National Environmental Policy Act
(NEPA) and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) 
Commission Resolution No. 3650 requires SEPA be
completed on capital project prior to authorization

Small Business Engagement 
The Office of Social Responsibility (OSR) has
assigned a Small Contractors and Suppliers
certification (SCS) requirement of 7% 
OSR will conduct outreach to promote the contract
to encourage SCS, Small, Minority, Women and
Disadvantaged participation 
Firms will be notified thru the Port's Procurement
Data Base (PRMS)
