Exhibit B

To: Commissioner Tom Albro, Commissioner Stephanie Bowman, Commissioner Bill Bryant,
Commissionerlohn Creighton, and Commissioner Courtney Gregoire
Port of Seattle
Seattle WA

March 24'", 2015

To the Port Commissioners of Seattie:

At the previous Port Commission meeting of March 10th, members of the public expressed outrage at
how they were not allowed to give their input before the Port granted a lease to Foss Maritime, to host
Shell's Arctic drilling fleet. As the time and location make these meetings inaccessible to the wider
public, too many people have been prevented from attending and voicing their concerns about this
lease that would directly support Arctic drilling. The people of Seattle deserve better.

Commissioner Bowman has said: "One of my most deeply held values is democracy and the right for
people to speak and to be heard." We hope that this is indeed the case for all of you. An evening Town
Hall meeting in Seattle specifically focused on the Shell agreement will give the public a chance to
speak and be heard.

Though we understand that the Port Commissioners' time, like ours, is limited, we also understand that
if the Commissioners cannot adequately serve the people of Seattle then they should step down from
their elected positions and let someone else do theirjob. The people of Seattle need public servants,
NOT PUBLlC EXCUSES.

We therefore insist that the Commission promptly host an evening Town Hall meeting located in Seattle
itself, for the public to give testimony on the Shell agreement.

Sincerely,

The Coalition for Port Accountability
Seattle WA
