SUBJECT:  Additional Request for Authorization for International Travel in 2012 
ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Commission authorization of the revised Commission's 2012 international travel plan. 
BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to Section 2 of Resolution No. 3195, the Port Commission annually authorizes possible
Commission international travel that can be anticipated for the year. Any additional international
travel not included in the original request must be approved separately by the Commission in a
public meeting. 
The Tourism Sales Mission to the United Kingdom and Germany and the Governor's Trade
Mission to India and South Korea were not included in the original authorization last January
and are being added to allow a Commissioner to participate.

Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
