This has been a difcult negotiation that has taken ve years to gain agreement
John Creighton
between all of the partners. Through these negotiations we nally have a clear
Dave Edler agreement on funding, the conceptual access routing and right-of-way to be
constructed.
Terry Finn

Rebecca Francik Your staff has been stellar in pulling all of the parties' interests together so that we can
nally move to the construction phase.
Dave Gossett

Paula Hammond FMSIB is committed to this project and will continue to work with you as we develop a
new streamlined access between the docks and the Argo rail yard which will move
Steve Holtgeerts
freight faster and safer.
Paul Ingiosi
Again, I m sorry I can't attend your meeting in person but look forward to seeing you at

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
