Agreement with Airline Consortium 
Airport leases vehicles and chargers to airline
consortium 
Airline consortium in turn, lease vehicles and
charger to airlines for two successive 10 year
periods 
Airline arranges for all necessary maintenance,
electrical billing, and payments to the Port 
Airlines operate the vehicles and make
necessary payments to the Airline consortium.
