To the Port of Commission:

I have enjoyed partnering with Airport Jobs for the past eight years. Over the years l have worked
closely with Port staff to place our people in jobs.

i work for World Relief, the largest resettlement agency in Washington State. It is my job to find
employment for newly arriving refugees. Many of my clients face obstacles in locating work. Before
referring them to a particular position I know them well. I study their skill sets, attitude, level of English,
availability etc. When we bring them to Port jobs I have a good idea ofjobs they might well be qualified
to perform. 1 have been so grateful to Port Jobs to receive our candidates and myself so warmly. They

are all so helpful to provide assistance in training, answering questions, helping clients navigate the
hiring process.

I remember one time, when I learned that open interviews were being conducted by a company looking

to fill a number cabin cleaner positions. I quickly gather good candidates to come into airport Jobs to fill

out applications and sign up to be interviewed the next day. We brought in four qualified men dressed
professionally, from three different countries. All of our guys were hired out six hours of interviews. We
were so thankful to Port Jobs to making this opportunity available to our people. I have always
appreciated how the Airport has been so open to helping a diverse population reach far beyond what
they thought possible.

Thank you,
