Seaport and CDD staff has evaluated the inspection results. Today's briefing provides a detailed description of the dock structure, the pile cap problems, and a proposal for moving forward in a manner that least impacts Seaport finances and business operations. Port staff will return on May 24th for authorization to begin a pilot project to repair a small number of pile caps for approximately $1,000,000.
