EXTENSION AGREEMENT By and Between The Port of Seattle AND International Longshore and Warehouse Union, Local 9 Representing Aviation Operations and Aviation Security ILWU Local 9 and the Port of Seattle, currently in bargaining for a successor agreement to the parties' 2007 - 2010 Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the Aviation Operations and Security unit, hereby agree to extend the terms of said agreement through March 31, 2011.
