Item No: 7b supp Date of Meeting: November 2, 2010 Briefing on the Cruise MOU Amendment Process Proposed Amendment Procedure The Port and the Department of Ecology will post a 21-day call for proposed amendments every three years. The MOU signatories will review any proposed amendments and determine if any of the MOU participants will sponsor a proposed amendment The sponsored amendments will be posted for public review/comment prior to being voted on by the signatories Following public review/comment, the Commission will review amendment to determine the Port's official position by a formal vote. Port staff will present the results of the vote to the MOU group as our Port position on the amendment 2 www.portseattle.org
Limitations of Translatable Documents

Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
