Item No: 7a Supp
Date of Meeting: July 14, 2009

Centennial
2011

As the Port of Seattle reaches its Centennial, it is with
gratitude to the citizens of King County, our
business partners, customers, tenants, labor, and
the rich diversity of our communities. Over the past
100 years, the Seattle waterfront has grown from a
collection of privately owned piers along Seattle's
"Railroad Avenue" to be a strategic air and water
gateway to the world, and is setting a sustainable
course for the next century.

In honoring the past, we will use the opportunity of
our Centennial to thank and celebrate with our
communities, and in embracing the future we will
focus an international spotlight on this gateway and
on our sustainability mission.

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
