Project was identified in the 2014 Part 150 Noise and Land Use
Compatibility Study 
Inside the Noise Remedy Boundary 
Built before 1986 in Des Moines, 1987 all other areas 
Must pass an FAA required noise audit to qualify 
45 dB interior noise level or higher 
Achieve at least a 5 dB reduction with renovations

Avigation Easement 
Grants the Port air rights; filed permanently with King County on the parcel 
Required by state law 
Port's asset in exchange for the cost
