Who, When, Outcomes 
Outcomes:
Integrate Century Agenda Recommendations in four areas with earlier
strategic goals and other policy recommendations. 
Final product will be a list of 25-year Strategic Goals and 5-year milestones 
Subsequently, Port staff will create specific plans to reach 5-year
milestones, to be approved by the Commission by December, 2011. 
How: 
Led by Ad Hoc Committee of two Commissioners Albro, Creighton

disagreements in subject area

Limitations of Translatable Documents

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
