TO: Gael Tarleton, Vice President, Port of Seattle Commission
FROM: Bill Bryant, President, Port of Seattle Commission
SUBJECT: Written Consent for First Reading and Second Reading and Final Passage
of Resolution No. 3639
I will be unable to attend part of the port commission special meeting on August 3, 2010,
to be held in Woodinville, WA., and may not be present when Resolution No. 3639 is
considered and voted upon by the commission. However, I am familiar with Resolution

known as the "Woodinville Subdivision" located in King and Snohomish counties.
In accordance with Article VIII, Section 1, of the commission bylaws adopted on March
24, 2009, I consent to Resolution No. 3639 being introduced for First Reading at the
August 3, 2010, special meeting and being placed on the agenda for final action (Second
Reading and Final Passage) at the same meeting (August 3, 2010) at which it is first
introduced.
Please enter this advance written consent in the official minutes of the meeting as
required by the bylaws.
