This is the first phase of the C800789 Parking Garage Elevator Modernization. 3 Project Scope Scope: Re-roof, patch and seal walls, replace storefront doors, add awnings, replace roof hatches and add safety railings to the Section B and C elevator cores Level floor between the Section B and C elevator lobbies and the surrounding 3rd and 4th floor parking garage plaza floors Resurface elevator lobby floors Enhance customer experience with additional way finding graphics 4 Project Improvements Existing 8th Floor Vestibules New 8th Floor Vestibules Way Finding Graphics 5 Project Risks Risk Description Mitigation Plan Unknown site conditions (elevator shaft, Identified scope in contract documents electrical and special systems patching) Utilizing unit pricing to address variable quantities Construction materials are weather Construction scheduled delayed to sensitive support work during summer months 6
