Vertical Circulation - Full scope of vertical circulation impacts will not be known until a Vertical Circulation consultant assesses the project. Mitigation: Vertical circulation consultant will be part of the PDD development. Pricing range has been established to account for unknown scope. 2. Electrical - The new equipment will need to be powered. Base Building Electrical capacity at the Airport may be an issue. Mitigation: Project team will engage with F&I during the development of the PDD in order to establish current capacity. Demolition of the bag claim 1 device will free some electrical capacity for use by the project. Utilizing a cost range allows for moderate electrical impacts. 7 Risks 3. Structure - Changing the use of the space may affect structural loading of the floor. Installing heavy equipment and concentrated queuing needs to be taken into consideration. In addition to the loading, this construction will be performed over the Utilidor. In order to allow for the install of structural steel, existing utilities will more than likely need to be rerouted. Mitigation: PDD will have a structural analysis of the current floor loading. Pricing range allows for some additional below floor shoring. 4. HVAC - It is unclear at this time if extending the glass partitions around the ticketing level for security will affect the air flow in the Gina Marie Lindsey Hall Mitigation: A pre-balance study will be performed as part of the PDD. Pricing range accounts for scope creep in HVAC work. 8
Limitations of Translatable Documents
PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
