I am writing to oppose the building of a new cruise ship terminal in Seattle. Boeing has just projected that air traffic
will not return to pre-corona levels for at least 3 years. Given the publicity around infections in cruise ships, people
are even less likely to board a ship than they are to fly. This is not the time to invest $100 million of tax revenue into
building an additional cruise ship terminal. There are far better uses for this money at this critical time.
Please abandon the plan to construct another terminal for a dying industry.

PDF files are created with text and images are placed at an exact position on a page of a fixed size.
Web pages are fluid in nature, and the exact positioning of PDF text creates presentation problems.
PDFs that are full page graphics, or scanned pages are generally unable to be made accessible, In these cases, viewing whatever plain text could be extracted is the only alternative.
