Work Area C IWS channel drain upgrade and Cargo 2 Taxilane PCCP replacement. Work Area B Replacement of a portion of Taxiway B PCCP; near the intersection of Taxiway S and Taxiway B. Work Area H Installing over height vehicle clearance bar protection system on Perimeter Road leading to RW 16R-34L Approach Lighting System bridge. Included: AAAC Meetings and MII Process Safety Risk Management Panel Separate meetings with impacted air carriers 9 2022 Project Risks RISKS DESCRIPTION PROBABILITY IMPACT MITIGATION FAA funding application For projects with FAA Low High Close coordination with the FAA Region and ADO. discretionary funds applied to Postpone construction work until receiving FAA majority of work, the grants discretionary funds need to be received prior to issuing NTP. Any delay by FAA could delay the overall project Labor Action There is a potential that labor Med Med Contingency dollars could be used to implement and supplier agreement targeted acceleration, as necessary negotiations might impact construction if there is a strike Weather delays Potential delay to the overall Low Med Contingency dollars will be used for targeted construction project due to acceleration when weather is favorable inclement weather 10
