NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING 
On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) will hold a Special
Managing Member meeting. This will also be a special meeting of the Port of Seattle Commission and Port
of Tacoma Commission. The meeting will be held via teleconference in accordance with Senate Concurrent
Resolution 8402 and Proclamation 20-28.15. To attend the public meeting by phone dial: 1-253-617-4257
and enter conference ID: 141 572 149#. The meeting will also be streamed live on the NWSA's public
meetings webpage found at www.nwseaportalliance.com/about-us/governance. 
The meeting will be called to order at 10:00 a.m. and then immediately recess into a closed FMC Session
authorized under Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) regulations and laws found at 46 U.S.C.  40306; 46
C.F.R. 535.608; and 46 C.F.R. 535.701(i)(1) and as authorized by the Port of Seattle/Port of Tacoma
Alliance Agreement (FMC Agreement No. 201228). The Managing Members will reconvene in public
session at 11:00 a.m. 
The purpose of the special Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma Commission meeting is to consider approval
of adoption of a Joint Resolution of the Port of Seattle (No. 3798) and Port of Tacoma (2022-01-PT)
transferring the WRRDA Section 2016 funds received by the home ports in 2022 to the NWSA.
