  • WE'VE INSTALLED ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING AT THE CELL PHONE LOT
  • WE'VE ALSO INCLUDED NEW ELECTRIC VEHICLE TARGETS
  • THAT'S THE SHARE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES AS PART OF EACH OF THESE FLEETS FOR UBER, LYFT AND WINGS AS PART OF THE RECENT CONTRACT THAT'S BEEN APPROVED
  • AND FINALLY, WE WANT TO RECOGNIZE THE LOW CARBON FUEL STANDARD PASS AT THE STATE LEVEL, WHICH WILL END UP GREENING THE ENTIRE REGIONAL FLEET AND ALL THE VEHICLES THAT COME TO THE AIRPORT

  • I THINK ONE OF THE KEY ISSUES THAT WE FACED INITIALLY WAS WHAT HAPPENED TO TRANSIT
  • THE DECREASE IN APPEAL DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE WAY COVID IS SPREAD IN THE PUBLIC HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE STATE AND COUNTY LEVELS, DECREASED TRANSIT CAPACITY, AND AS A RESULT, WE SAW LESS PASSENGERS USING THOSE MODES, AND WE SAW A DROP OFF INTO SERVICE LEVELS AS WELL
  • THE ECONOMIC EFFECTS OF THE PANDEMIC AFFECTED OUR PARTNERS AND TENANTS AT THE AIRPORT
  • SO WE SAW A DECREASE IN OUR ACTIVE EMPLOYEE CARDS AND PARTICIPATION IN THE EMPLOYEE PARKING PROGRAMS, AND THAT'S GENERALLY RELATED TO THE ECONOMIC EFFECTS, ALONG WITH THAT CAME OUR TENANT ENGAGEMENT
  • A LOT OF THESE PROGRAMS REQUIRE ENGAGEMENT FROM OUR PARTNERS AT THE AIRPORT, THE OTHER EMPLOYERS, THEIR CAPACITY, THEIR INTERNAL ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY TO LOOK AT THESE ISSUES WAS AFFECTED BY BIG PANDEMIC AS THEY WERE STARTING TO THINK ABOUT HOW THEY'RE GOING TO MANAGE THEIR OPERATION AND KEEP THEIR ENTERPRISES AFLOAT DURING A SERIOUS ECONOMIC DOWNTURN WITH CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY AND THEN PERSONAL AT THE ORGANIZATIONAL LEVEL, WE'VE HAD AN EFFECTIVE DELAYING, A HIGHER OF A TMA MANAGER THAT WAS SOMETHING DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE HIRING FREEZE THAT WENT ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION AND WAS DELAYED UNTIL A FUTURE DATE
