On Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) will hold its regular
Managing Member meeting. This will also be a special meeting of the Port of Seattle (POS) and Port
of Tacoma (POT) Commissions. The open public session will begin at 11:30 a.m.
The meeting will be held at The Fabulich Center (3600 Port of Tacoma Road, Tacoma,
Washington). The meeting will also be streamed live on the NWSA’s public meetings webpage found
at www.nwseaportalliance.com/about-us/governance
The purpose of the special mee�ng of the Port of Seatle Commission is to consider a request to
authorize its execu�ve director to approve revisions to the 2023 POS – NWSA service level agreement
regarding travel expenses and scope of Commission provided services. The POS Commission will also
consider a request to waive two readings and adopt a joint resolu�on with the POT related to 2023
Harbor Maintenance Tax / WRRDA 2106 Fund use.
