                   Action Requested
•  Prepare design and construction bid documents for the PLB Renewal and
Replacement Phase 4 project.
•  Purchase six (6) PLBs and associated gate equipment for the specified gates.
•  Utilize Port of Seattle crews, and small and major works on-call contracts to support
design activities and to perform the construction work.
•  Advertise, bid, and execute up to four major works construction projects.
•  Request to authorize $16,850,000.
– Estimated total project cost not to exceed $17,000,000.
